Solutions Consultant – Icelandic & English

Position: Solutions Consultant – Icelandic & English Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Work model: On-site Employment type: Full-time Salary: basic €1,945 gross + other benefits Relocation: Available for EU passport holders or worker permit within Bulgaria Start date: 13 November 2026

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide customer support and product guidance for Google products and services Assist customers in understanding product features, functionality and available solutions Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on their requirements Troubleshoot product-related issues and guide customers through resolution steps Deliver clear, accurate and professional assistance in Icelandic and English Explain technical information in a simple and accessible manner Investigate customer enquiries and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided Follow established service procedures, quality standards and customer support policies Contribute to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of the support experience

REQUIREMENTS:

Icelandic at C1/C2 level English at B2 level or above Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Comfortable learning and explaining digital products and technical concepts Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems Ability to understand customer needs and provide practical solutions Previous experience in customer support, technical support or consulting is an advantage Willingness to work on-site in Sofia Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if required
