Job Description for hiring a senior Accountant for Elite Community Management LLC.

  1. Thorough knowledge of the Mollak system, ANACITY software, Escrow accounts, and their related accounting functions.
  2. Passing and maintaining all accounting entries accurately and on a timely basis.
  3. Updating Mollak receipts on a daily basis and ensuring the proper allocation and reconciliation of collections.
  4. Performing daily bank reconciliations, promptly identifying discrepancies, and ensuring timely resolution.
  5. Maintaining and reconciling the Chiller Account, including related receipts, payments, and outstanding balances.
  6. Independently managing the audit process for all projects, including interim audits, final audits, and budget audits, covering coordination, documentation, and timely closure of audit queries.
  7. Managing supplier payments on a timely basis in accordance with ageing analysis and payment priorities, while ensuring compliance with RERA guidelines and processing payments through the designated escrow account.

Salary budget: 5500-6000
