Job Description

The Cleaning Team Leader will play a vital role in maintaining the reputation of Arman Building Maintenance - UAE. This position involves leading and motivating a team of cleaning staff, implementing efficient cleaning procedures, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all building occupants. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the overall cleanliness and presentation of the building.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff, providing effective supervision and guidance.
  • Implement and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules and routines.
  • Ensure the use of proper cleaning techniques and equipment to maintain high standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify any areas requiring attention.
  • Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints promptly.
  • Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper procedures and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to cleaning activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless building operations.
  • Promote a positive and safe work environment, encouraging open communication.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in using basic office software and record-keeping systems.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different building sites.
