Somos a Donnes, uma empresa especializada em recrutamento e seleção ágil, conectando talentos a empresas em momentos estratégicos de crescimento.

Buscamos um(a) Analista Contábil para atuar em uma empresa de tecnologia especializada em soluções para as áreas Contábil, Fiscal e Financeira, que vive um momento de crescimento e evolução da sua operação.

A posição será responsável pelas rotinas contábeis de uma carteira de clientes, atuando com fechamentos, conciliações, demonstrações e obrigações acessórias, além da análise e revisão das informações contábeis. O desafio é garantir a qualidade das entregas em uma operação de alto volume, com autonomia para identificar inconsistências, investigar suas causas e conduzir as correções necessárias.

Sobre o dia a dia:

  • Realizar o fechamento contábil mensal e elaborar demonstrações financeiras, incluindo Balanço Patrimonial, DRE, DFC e DMPL;
  • Executar conciliações contábeis, patrimoniais e bancárias, além da classificação e categorização das movimentações;
  • Analisar balanços, lançamentos e demais informações contábeis, identificando inconsistências e realizando os ajustes e reclassificações necessários;
  • Conduzir as rotinas contábeis de empresas enquadradas no Lucro Presumido e Lucro Real;
  • Apoiar a elaboração e entrega de obrigações acessórias, especialmente ECD e ECF, além da apuração e controle do LALUR;
  • Revisar períodos anteriores e realizar as correções necessárias para garantir a consistência das informações;
  • Gerenciar simultaneamente as demandas de diferentes clientes, organizando prioridades e garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos;
  • Atuar na análise e resolução de demandas contábeis de maior complexidade;
  • Contribuir para a organização e melhoria dos processos da área, identificando oportunidades de ganho de eficiência por meio de tecnologia e automação.
  • Graduação em Ciências Contábeis, cursando ou concluída;
  • Experiência com fechamento contábil, conciliações, classificações e lançamentos;
  • Experiência com análise de balanços e demonstrações financeiras;
  • Vivência com empresas enquadradas no Lucro Presumido e Lucro Real;
  • Conhecimento prático em ECD e ECF;
  • Experiência com o sistema Domínio;
  • Conhecimento em Excel;
  • Experiência em operações com alto volume de demandas e/ou gestão simultânea de múltiplos clientes;
  • Capacidade de analisar informações contábeis, identificar inconsistências e conduzir sua resolução com autonomia;
  • Organização para gerenciar diferentes demandas, prioridades e prazos.
