Somos a Donnes, especialistas em recrutamento e seleção ágil, com foco em processos humanizados e assertivos. Nosso cliente é uma empresa de tecnologia com atuação global no supply chain automotivo, e está em busca de um(a) Executivo(a) de Vendas para fortalecer sua presença no mercado e expandir negócios estratégicos.

A missão é gerir e expandir uma carteira estratégica de clientes, atuando 70% no desenvolvimento de contas existentes e 30% na prospecção de novas oportunidades. Trata-se de um processo de vendas consultivas, de ciclo longo, que exige estratégia, energia alta e habilidade para gerar conexões de valor com diferentes níveis de decisão.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Mapear e identificar decisores-chave para cada estratégia comercial;
  • Realizar visitas e reuniões presenciais com clientes e prospects em toda SP;
  • Investigar dores, necessidades e oportunidades para propor soluções assertivas;
  • Apresentar a proposta de valor da empresa de forma clara, consultiva e estratégica;
  • Negociar e fechar novos negócios;
  • Acompanhar o pipeline e garantir o atingimento de metas;
  • Fortalecer o relacionamento e garantir a satisfação dos clientes;
  • Monitorar riscos e antecipar soluções para retenção e fidelização.
  • Ensino superior completo;
  • Inglês avançado para conversação;
  • Experiência em vendas consultivas, preferencialmente no segmento de tecnologia ou SaaS;
  • Disponibilidade para modelo híbrido em São Paulo e para visitas a clientes;
  • CNH B ativa (carro próprio é diferencial);
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, com habilidade para criar conexões de valor e conduzir negociações estratégicas;
  • Perfil proativo, orientado a resultados e com capacidade de se adaptar a diferentes contextos de negócio.
