Estamos conduzindo uma oportunidade para Analista de Cobrança Sênior, em uma empresa global do segmento de tecnologia. A posição terá papel estratégico na evolução da operação de cobrança, atuando como referência da área na análise da carteira, acompanhamento de indicadores, avaliação da régua de cobrança e desenvolvimento de melhorias que contribuam para redução da inadimplência e maior eficiência dos processos.

Sobre o dia a dia:

  • Acompanhar a carteira de cobrança e seus principais indicadores, analisando aging, inadimplência, recuperação de crédito e recebimentos;
  • Avaliar estratégias e réguas de cobrança, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e propondo ações para aumentar a recuperação e reduzir o vencido;
  • Acompanhar a performance das assessorias de cobrança terceirizadas, analisando resultados e propondo melhorias;
  • Realizar análises e diagnósticos sobre a operação, transformando indicadores em recomendações e planos de ação;
  • Contribuir para projetos de melhoria contínua, padronização e automação dos processos de cobrança e contas a receber;
  • Elaborar e acompanhar relatórios e dashboards operacionais e financeiros;
  • Atuar de forma integrada com Comercial, Crédito, Tesouraria, Jurídico, Contabilidade, Controladoria e demais áreas parceiras;
  • Apoiar auditorias, controles internos, documentação e governança dos processos da área;
  • Atuar como referência técnica e estratégica de Cobrança, apoiando a gestão na análise da operação, definição de prioridades e evolução das estratégias e processos da área.
  • Experiência em Cobrança e Contas a Receber, com domínio dos processos e estratégias da área;
  • Experiência com gestão e análise de carteira, aging, inadimplência, recuperação de crédito e indicadores financeiros;
  • Vivência na avaliação e melhoria de estratégias ou réguas de cobrança;
  • Experiência em projetos de melhoria contínua, padronização ou automação de processos;
  • Excel intermediário ou avançado;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de BI;
  • Perfil analítico, propositivo e autônomo, com visão de negócio, capacidade de negociação e facilidade para transitar entre diferentes áreas.
