Somos a Donnes, uma empresa especializada em recrutamento e seleção ágil, conectando talentos a empresas em momentos estratégicos de crescimento.

Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para integrar nosso time comercial, contribuindo para a expansão dos negócios por meio da identificação de novas oportunidades e da construção de relacionamentos com empresas de diferentes segmentos.

Sobre o dia a dia:

  • Pesquisar e analisar empresas e mercados, identificando potenciais clientes e oportunidades de negócios;
  • Planejar e realizar prospecção ativa por LinkedIn, e-mail, WhatsApp e outros canais, desenvolvendo abordagens personalizadas;
  • Estabelecer relacionamento com lideranças e decisores, compreendendo suas necessidades e apresentando as soluções da Donnes;
  • Participar de reuniões comerciais, apoiar a elaboração de propostas e acompanhar negociações e oportunidades até o fechamento;
  • Organizar e gerenciar o pipeline comercial no CRM, acompanhando contatos, follow-ups e evolução das oportunidades;
  • Acompanhar indicadores e resultados comerciais, contribuindo com ideias para aprimorar estratégias, abordagens e processos;
  • Utilizar ferramentas de inteligência artificial e automação para apoiar pesquisas, personalizar abordagens, otimizar processos e aumentar a produtividade comercial.
  • Vivência em atividades comerciais, desenvolvimento de negócios, relacionamento com clientes ou projetos empresariais;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de argumentação e facilidade para construir relacionamentos;
  • Raciocínio analítico, curiosidade e interesse em compreender diferentes empresas, mercados e modelos de negócio;
  • Organização, iniciativa e capacidade de transformar ideias em ações;
  • Interesse em desenvolver uma carreira comercial consultiva, com disposição para aprender e assumir novas responsabilidades.
