Somos a Donnes, uma empresa especializada em recrutamento e seleção ágil. Atuamos conectando profissionais a empresas em momentos estratégicos de crescimento.

Estamos conduzindo a busca por um(a) Analista Financeiro Pleno para atuar em uma holding multissetorial, que reúne empresas de diferentes segmentos, incluindo beleza, distribuição e outros mercados de alto impacto. A área financeira atende atualmente cinco empresas do grupo, em uma estrutura com aproximadamente 70 contas bancárias, e vive um momento de reestruturação e evolução dos processos com a entrada de novas marcas na operação.

Buscamos alguém que tenha boa base financeira e autonomia para atuar em uma operação de alta complexidade, mas que também consiga olhar para processos ainda manuais, identificar oportunidades e contribuir para a construção de uma estrutura cada vez mais eficiente.

Sobre o dia a dia:

  • Atuar nas rotinas financeiras das diferentes empresas do grupo, acompanhando movimentações, controles e conciliações bancárias;
  • Apoiar as rotinas de Tesouraria, incluindo acompanhamento de posições bancárias, empréstimos e movimentações financeiras;
  • Realizar e acompanhar operações Intercompany, garantindo consistência das informações entre as empresas do grupo;
  • Analisar e conciliar movimentações financeiras, identificando divergências e conduzindo as respectivas tratativas;
  • Elaborar controles, relatórios e análises para acompanhamento da operação e suporte à gestão;
  • Identificar processos manuais, gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria, propondo soluções que tragam maior eficiência e segurança para as rotinas;
  • Participar de projetos de automação, implantação e revisão de processos financeiros;
  • Apoiar a integração de novas empresas e operações à estrutura financeira da holding;
  • Manter interface com diferentes áreas e times, garantindo consistência das informações e fluidez na resolução das demandas.
  • Experiência em rotinas financeiras e conciliação bancária;
  • Conhecimento em Tesouraria, Empréstimos e operações Intercompany;
  • Vivência com sistemas ERP e ferramentas de controle financeiro;
  • Excel intermediário ou avançado, com capacidade para cruzar informações, estruturar controles e apoiar análises;
  • Perfil analítico, organizado e colaborativo, com autonomia, senso de responsabilidade e capacidade de solucionar problemas e administrar diferentes prazos e demandas.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com VAN bancária, arquivos OFX e extratos bancários;
  • Vivência com Hub Financeiro e Nexxera;
  • Conhecimento em Power BI;
  • Experiência em estruturas multiempresa ou multi-CNPJ;
  • Vivência em CSC, BPO financeiro ou estruturas financeiras centralizadas;
  • Experiência nos segmentos de varejo ou e-commerce;
  • Participação em projetos de automação, implantação de sistemas ou reestruturação de processos financeiros;
  • Vivência em empresas em crescimento, transformação ou integração de novas operações.
