Estamos conduzindo a busca por um(a) Engineering Team Lead para uma startup de tecnologia em forte expansão, que desenvolve soluções para tornar a operação de transportes mais eficiente por meio de software e dados. Sua tecnologia se conecta diretamente aos veículos e transforma dados da operação e da condução em inteligência para melhorar a performance dos motoristas, reduzir custos e otimizar o consumo de combustível.

Sobre o dia a dia:

  • Liderar e desenvolver um time de aproximadamente 10 profissionais de Engenharia, acompanhando de perto performance, entregas e evolução individual;
  • Conduzir 1:1s, feedbacks, PDIs e avaliações de desempenho, identificando gaps e construindo planos de ação para o desenvolvimento das pessoas e do time;
  • Definir e acompanhar métricas de Engenharia relacionadas à produtividade, qualidade, throughput e lead time, utilizando dados para direcionar decisões e oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Acompanhar e evoluir os ritos e processos do time, buscando maior eficiência, qualidade e previsibilidade nas entregas;
  • Atuar na evolução da maturidade do time, fortalecendo autonomia, accountability e responsabilidade sobre resultados;
  • Participar de discussões técnicas e apoiar decisões relacionadas à arquitetura e trade-offs, contribuindo para o desbloqueio de desafios técnicos quando necessário;
  • Promover boas práticas de Engenharia, incluindo code review, testes, padrões de arquitetura e qualidade;
  • Garantir alinhamento de prioridades, entregas e expectativas com as demais áreas e lideranças envolvidas.
  • Experiência sólida na liderança de times de Engenharia de Software, com gestão direta de pessoas, acompanhamento de performance e desenvolvimento de times de alta performance;
  • Background técnico consistente em desenvolvimento de software, com experiência prévia atuando com código;
  • Capacidade para discutir arquitetura, decisões técnicas e trade-offs com propriedade; Vivência com métricas e indicadores de Engenharia, utilizando dados para diagnóstico e tomada de decisão;
  • Experiência com metodologias ágeis, especialmente Scrum, e melhoria contínua de processos; Capacidade analítica, boa comunicação e habilidade para transitar entre discussões técnicas, de pessoas e de negócio;
  • Autonomia, adaptabilidade e capacidade de liderança em ambientes dinâmicos e de crescimento acelerado.
