Somos uma empresa especializada em recrutamento e seleção, conectando talentos a empresas em momentos estratégicos de crescimento.

Buscamos um(a) profissional para integrar nosso time comercial, atuando na prospecção de novos clientes, condução de negociações consultivas e desenvolvimento de relacionamentos de longo prazo. Esta posição terá papel estratégico na expansão da Donnes, sendo responsável por identificar oportunidades de negócio, compreender os desafios de cada cliente e construir parcerias sólidas, acompanhando toda a jornada comercial.

Sobre o dia a dia:

  • Prospectar novas empresas por meio de diferentes estratégias de hunting, networking e prospecção ativa;
  • Identificar oportunidades de negócio e desenvolver relacionamentos com decisores, como CEOs, founders, diretores e lideranças de RH;
  • Conduzir reuniões de diagnóstico para compreender o contexto, os desafios e as necessidades de cada cliente;
  • Apresentar a Donnes, estruturar propostas comerciais e conduzir negociações consultivas até o fechamento;
  • Gerenciar o relacionamento com os clientes, acompanhando sua carteira e identificando novas oportunidades de negócio;
  • Atuar como principal ponto de contato comercial, garantindo uma experiência próxima e consultiva durante toda a parceria;
  • Utilizar o Pipedrive para gestão do pipeline, follow-ups, forecast e indicadores comerciais;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com o time de Talent Acquisition para garantir alinhamento entre expectativa comercial e entrega;
  • Contribuir para a evolução dos processos comerciais, compartilhando melhorias, aprendizados e oportunidades.
  • Experiência com vendas consultivas B2B, preferencialmente na comercialização de serviços;
  • Vivência com prospecção ativa, abertura de mercado e desenvolvimento de novos negócios;
  • Experiência conduzindo negociações consultivas, do primeiro contato ao fechamento;
  • Capacidade para conduzir reuniões de diagnóstico e compreender os desafios dos clientes;
  • Domínio de CRM para gestão de pipeline, forecast e indicadores comerciais;
  • Excelente comunicação, negociação e habilidade para construir relacionamentos de longo prazo;
  • Perfil organizado, resiliente, orientado a resultados e com senso de dono.

Diferenciais que contam pontos:

  • Experiência comercial em empresas de recrutamento e seleção, consultorias de RH, RPO, Hunting ou outros segmentos de serviços B2B;
  • Conhecimento em metodologias de vendas consultivas, como SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, MEDDICC ou similares;
  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado.
