Somos a Donnes, uma empresa especializada em recrutamento e seleção ágil. Atuamos conectando profissionais a empresas em momentos estratégicos de crescimento.

Estamos apoiando uma empresa do setor financeiro na busca por uma pessoa Senior Software Engineer para integrar seu time de Tecnologia e atuar na construção e evolução de sistemas críticos para o negócio. A posição tem foco em engenharia backend, com atuação principalmente em C# e Python, dentro de um ecossistema AWS, baseado em microsserviços e serviços serverless. Buscamos alguém com senioridade para ir além da execução: participar de decisões de arquitetura, resolver problemas de engenharia complexos e assumir ownership das soluções da concepção à produção.

No dia a dia, você irá:

  • Projetar, desenvolver e evoluir APIs, serviços backend e integrações, utilizando principalmente C# e Python;
  • Participar de decisões de arquitetura, construindo soluções escaláveis, resilientes, seguras e sustentáveis;
  • Atuar na evolução de uma arquitetura de microsserviços e serviços serverless em AWS, com uso relevante de AWS Lambda;
  • Contribuir para a modernização de sistemas e evolução técnica da plataforma;
  • Investigar e solucionar desafios de performance, disponibilidade, escalabilidade e confiabilidade em sistemas críticos;
  • Garantir qualidade de engenharia por meio de testes automatizados, code reviews, observabilidade e boas práticas de desenvolvimento;
  • Trabalhar próximo aos times de Produto, Engenharia e áreas de negócio, transformando problemas e necessidades do negócio em soluções técnicas;
  • Conduzir iniciativas com autonomia, acompanhando as soluções desde o desenho técnico até sua operação em produção;
  • Compartilhar conhecimento e contribuir para a evolução técnica do time por meio de discussões de arquitetura, code reviews e pair programming;
  • Participar, quando aplicável, da construção de soluções que utilizem Inteligência Artificial e LLMs.
  • Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento backend e engenharia de software, atuando com sistemas em produção;
  • Experiência com C# e Python;
  • Experiência na construção de APIs, microsserviços e integrações entre sistemas;
  • Conhecimento consistente de arquitetura de software, padrões de projeto e sistemas distribuídos;
  • Experiência em AWS, preferencialmente com serviços serverless como AWS Lambda;
  • Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais e/ou NoSQL;
  • Vivência com Docker e aplicações containerizadas;
  • Conhecimento de testes automatizados e práticas de qualidade de software;
  • Conhecimento de observabilidade, incluindo logs, métricas, tracing e monitoramento;
  • Conhecimento de Infrastructure as Code (IaC), com Terraform, Terragrunt ou ferramentas similares;
  • Autonomia técnica e capacidade de compreender problemas de negócio, tomar decisões e conduzir soluções de ponta a ponta.

  • Experiência em bancos, fintechs, crédito ou outros ambientes financeiros regulados;
  • Vivência com sistemas de alta disponibilidade e alto volume transacional;
  • Experiência com mensageria, processamento assíncrono e arquiteturas orientadas a eventos;
  • Conhecimento de Kubernetes, CI/CD, segurança de aplicações e práticas de DevSecOps;
  • Experiência em modernização de sistemas legados;
  • Experiência prática com IA generativa e LLMs, incluindo integração via APIs;
  • Conhecimentos em RAG, embeddings, busca semântica, bancos vetoriais ou frameworks como LangChain, LlamaIndex e similares.
