Estamos conduzindo uma oportunidade para uma startup que está construindo, desde suas primeiras versões, um produto de crédito com garantia real apoiado por Inteligência Artificial. O produto envolve uma jornada complexa de análise de crédito, múltiplas regras de negócio e integrações com diferentes fontes de informação.

O desenvolvimento acontece de forma AI-native, com agentes de IA incorporados ao ciclo de construção do software. Nesse contexto, o papel da engenharia vai além de escrever código linha a linha: buscamos alguém capaz de entender problemas complexos, fazer as perguntas certas, sistematizar regras de negócio, desenhar soluções e avaliar criticamente o que é produzido pelos agentes antes de chegar à produção.

Sobre o dia a dia:

  • Trabalhar em parceria com Produto na compreensão de demandas, regras de negócio, exceções, dependências e impactos;
  • Decompor problemas complexos e transformá-los em sistemas e soluções estruturadas;
  • Utilizar agentes de IA de forma intensiva ao longo do desenvolvimento, fornecendo contexto, objetivos e restrições e iterando sobre os resultados;
  • Participar do desenho e evolução da arquitetura, envolvendo fluxos de onboarding, integrações de back-end, comunicações assíncronas e diferentes componentes da aplicação;
  • Avaliar criticamente abordagens e códigos gerados por IA, identificando potenciais problemas de segurança, performance, concorrência, banco de dados e manutenibilidade;
  • Navegar por diferentes camadas da aplicação, sem uma divisão rígida entre front-end e back-end;
  • Implementar, testar, revisar e acompanhar funcionalidades até produção;
  • Investigar comportamentos anômalos e causas raiz por meio de logs, métricas e rastreamentos;
  • Tomar decisões diante de cenários ainda pouco estruturados, testando caminhos e ajustando soluções com agilidade.
  • Experiência com desenvolvimento de software e compreensão do ciclo de desenvolvimento, incluindo versionamento, revisão de código, testes e deploy;
  • Bons fundamentos de engenharia de software, incluindo arquitetura, modelagem de dados, APIs e funcionamento de aplicações web;
  • Raciocínio analítico e crítico, com capacidade de decompor problemas complexos, fazer as perguntas certas e avaliar diferentes caminhos de solução;
  • Capacidade de sistematização, transformando regras, cenários e exceções em estruturas lógicas que possam ser traduzidas para software;
  • Conhecimento de arquitetura de software e sistemas em cloud, incluindo conceitos de arquiteturas distribuídas, serverless e/ou orientadas a eventos;
  • Experiência com pelo menos um provedor de cloud;
  • Experiência utilizando ferramentas de IA no desenvolvimento de software, com abertura para atuar de forma intensiva com coding agents ao longo do ciclo de desenvolvimento;
  • Capacidade de aprender rapidamente novas tecnologias e contextos de negócio;
  • Visão de produto, autonomia e iniciativa para atuar diante de problemas que nem sempre chegam com uma especificação pronta;
  • Conforto para trabalhar em um ambiente de startup com alta velocidade de execução e prioridades dinâmicas.

  • Conhecimentos em Python, TypeScript e AWS;
