Dann suchen wir genau Dich als Junior Projektmanager:in (m/w/d) für spannende Projekte im Bereich Field Marketing und Sales Promotion.

In dieser spannenden Rolle unterstützt Du unsere Kundenprojekte, bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Promoter, koordinierst Prozesse und bist Schnittstelle zwischen internen Abteilungen und dem Außendienst. Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Abläufe und arbeitest operativ mit viel Sorgfalt und Teamgeist an der Umsetzung unserer Projekte.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Mitarbeit bei der Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Projekten
  • Unterstützung des (Senior) Account Managers bei der Kundenberatung und Projektsteuerung
  • Erstellung von Kostenkalkulationen, Präsentationen, Reportings und Analysen
  • Mitarbeit an strategischen Konzepten sowie Überwachung von Projekttimings und -zielen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten, Dienstleistern und Promotern
  • Organisation von Promoterschulungen inkl. Vorbereitung von Unterlagen und Motivationselementen
  • Koordination interner Prozesse und Schnittstellen (z. B. Logistik, Außendienst, Administration)
  • Unterstützung bei der monatlichen Sales-Promotion-Planung
  • Rechnungsprüfung, Materialbestellungen, Versand und Travelmanagement

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Kommunikation oder BWL
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, Vertrieb oder Marketing
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch
  • Organisationstalent, Belastbarkeit und Spaß an Teamarbeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
