Dann suchen wir genau Dich als Senior Projektmanager:in (m/w/d) für spannende Projekte im Bereich Field Marketing und Sales Promotion.

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle steuerst Du eigenständig Kundenprojekte, koordinierst Teams und bist zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen internen Abteilungen, Dienstleistern und Auftraggebern. Du bringst strategisches Verständnis mit und verstehst es, operativ exzellent zu liefern – gemeinsam mit Deinem Team.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Gesamtverantwortung für komplexe Projekte im Bereich Verkaufsförderung und Markenkommunikation
  • Strategische Beratung und Betreuung von Key Accounts auf Augenhöhe
  • Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Konzepte und vertrieblicher Maßnahmen – von der Planung bis zur Erfolgskontrolle
  • Führung und Koordination von internen Projektteams sowie externem Personal (z. B. Promoter:innen, Freelancer)
  • Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Controlling und wirtschaftliche Projektführung
  • Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation mit Dienstleistern, Lieferanten und Kunden
  • Erstellung und Präsentation von Analysen, Reports und Entscheidungsvorlagen auf Managementebene
  • Weiterentwicklung interner Abläufe und Optimierung von Projektprozessen
  • Durchführung von Schulungen, Kundenworkshops und Feedbackrunden

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. BWL, Marketing, Kommunikation) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in einer Agentur oder im Handels-/Marketingumfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Projektteams sowie in der Kundenberatung auf strategischer Ebene
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (v. a. Excel & PowerPoint), idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM-/Projekttools
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
