In Deiner Rolle als Projektmanager:in arbeitest Du eng mit dem Senior Project Manager zusammen und förderst die erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit zwischen unserem Projektteam und dem Kunden. Du denkst strategisch, arbeitest operativ – und findest Freude an Organisation, Kommunikation und Analyse?

Dann suchen wir genau Dich als Projektmanager:in (m/w/d) für spannende Projekte im Bereich Field Marketing und Sales Promotion für unser Team in Hamburg.

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle steuerst Du eigenständig Kundenprojekte, koordinierst Teams und bist zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen internen Abteilungen, Dienstleistern und Auftraggebern. Du bringst erstes strategisches Verständnis mit und verstehst es, operativ zu liefern – gemeinsam mit Deinem Team.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Projektmanager:in bist Du für die Betreuung und Steuerung von Promotion- und Merchandising-Maßnahmen für unsere Kunden verantwortlich:

  • Übernahme der Teilprojektleitung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Kunden und aktive Pflege sowie Ausbau der Kundenbeziehungen
  • Erstellung von Kostenkalkulationen, Präsentationen und Analysen
  • Entwicklung und Begleitung von vertrieblichen Maßnahmen
  • Schnittstelle zu internen Abteilungen wie Recruiting, Außendienst und Controlling
  • Erstellung von Reports, KPI-Auswertungen und Ableitung fundierter Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Planung, Vorbereitung und Kontrolle der monatlichen Sales-Promotion-Aktivitäten
  • Support bei der Vorbereitung von Vertriebs-Meetings, Präsentationen und Workshops

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium – z. B. in BWL, Marketing oder Kommunikation
  • 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Vertrieb, Projektmanagement oder Promotion-Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und PowerPoint
  • Organisations- und Koordinationstalent
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität und Freude an dynamischen Projekten
