Einleitung

Für unseren Standort Bad Dürkheim suchen wir eine erfahrene, führungsstarke Persönlichkeit als Senior Projekt Manager (m/w/d).

In dieser Funktion unterstützt Du die operative Steuerung unseres Kunden British American Tobacco im Bereich Compliance-Checks, Planogrammierung und Umrüstungen. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Planung, Kalkulation, Umsetzung und Qualitätssicherung laufender Projekte und stellst gemeinsam mit dem Team vor Ort eine verlässliche, termingerechte und qualitativ hochwertige Leistungserbringung sicher.

Die Rolle ist klar operativ geprägt, bietet gleichzeitig Führungsverantwortung, Gestaltungsspielraum und eine hohe Relevanz für die Weiterentwicklung des Kunden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Operative Verantwortung für Projekte und Maßnahmen im Bereich Compliance-Checks, Planogrammierung und Umrüstung
  • Unterstützung der Bereichsleitung bei der Steuerung eines zentralen Kundenmandats sowie der operativen Weiterentwicklung des Standorts
  • Planung, Kalkulation, Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Projekten nach Kundenvorgaben
  • Steuerung von Zeitplänen, Kapazitäten, Ressourcen und Budgets
  • Führung, Anleitung und Priorisierung des Teams vor Ort
  • Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen, wirtschaftlichen und termingerechten Umsetzung aller beauftragten Leistungen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen sowie direkter Austausch mit dem Kunden zu operativen Themen
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in Prozessen, Abläufen und Projektsteuerung
  • Eskalationsmanagement bei Abweichungen in Qualität, Timing oder Umsetzung
  • Unterstützung bei Reporting, Projektcontrolling und operativer Performance-Steuerung

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in den Bereichen Field Operations, Retail, POS, Umbauten, Merchandising oder vergleichbaren operativen Dienstleistungsstrukturen
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte mit hohem Qualitäts- und Timing-Anspruch
  • Erste oder fundierte Führungserfahrung in der Steuerung von Teams
  • Hohe Umsetzungsstärke, Verbindlichkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationsvermögen sowie ein gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis
  • Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und internen Stakeholdern
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und belastbare Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Präsenz am Standort Bad Dürkheim
