Deine Aufgaben

  • Als Project Manager (m/w/d) bei uns sorgst Du dafür, dass Promotions- und Merchandising-Maßnahmen nicht nur reibungslos laufen, sondern auch begeistern. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören:
  • Kundennähe leben: Du bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kunden und arbeitest eng mit unserem Senior Account Manager zusammen.
  • Dein Team führen: Du leitest Dein Projektteam mit Engagement, Verantwortung und einem offenen Ohr für alle Belange.
  • Erfolge messen und steigern: Regelmäßige Performance-Analysen sowie die Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen gehören zu Deinem Tagesgeschäft.
  • Budget im Blick: Du übernimmst die Budgetführung, Kostenplanung, Abrechnungen und entwickelst messbare KPIs.

  • bereits Erfahrung im Projekt- oder Account Management, idealerweise auf Agenturseite, gesammelt hast.
  • strukturiert, eigenständig und ergebnisorientiert arbeitest.
  • Leidenschaft für Vertriebs- und Marketingthemen mitbringst und sicher im Umgang mit Kennzahlen bist.
  • eine kommunikative Führungspersönlichkeit bist, die empathisch und durchsetzungsstark agiert.
