Dann suchen wir genau Dich als Office Manager / Teamassistenz (m/w/d) in Teilzeit ab 25–30 Stunden pro Woche, verteilt auf fünf Arbeitstage!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Koordination des Büroalltags
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende, Gäste, Dienstleister und Lieferanten
  • Verantwortung für ein gut organisiertes und angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld – von Büromaterial und Ausstattung bis hin zu Küche und Verpflegung
  • Bearbeitung der Ein- und Ausgangspost sowie Koordination allgemeiner administrativer Abläufe
  • Vorbereitung und Betreuung von Meetings, Kundenterminen und Veranstaltungen
  • Unterstützung bei Bestellungen, Rechnungen und allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung von HR und Fuhrparkmanagement bei administrativen Themen
  • Organisation und Koordination externer Dienstleister
  • Unterstützung bei vielfältigen organisatorischen und operativen Aufgaben im Office und Backoffice

Dein Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung
  • Organisationstalent und eine selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Augeprägte Serviceorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und den Blick fürs Detail
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
