WERKEN BIJ ZENITH Als Accountmanager ben jij het commerciële gezicht van Zenith en het eerste aanspreekpunt voor nieuwe en bestaande klanten. Je luistert naar wat er bij een klant speelt en vertaalt dat naar een passende beveiligingsoplossing, van camera- en toegangssystemen tot volledig geïntegreerde platforms. Je bouwt aan relaties die jaren meegaan en schakelt daarvoor kort met directie, sales, projectleiding, service en techniek. Je werkt zelfstandig binnen je regio, met een hecht team met korte lijnen achter je. Geen klant en geen dag is hetzelfde. Afgeronde technische of commerciële opleiding (MBO / HBO werk& denkniveau) Projecten door heel Nederland & Europa Wat ga je doen? Als Accountmanager ben jij de brug tussen de klant en ons team. Je signaleert commerciële kansen, gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en onderhoudt de relaties die we al hebben. Je adviseert over beveiligingsoplossingen op maat en begeleidt het volledige verkoopproces, van het eerste gesprek tot de oplevering. Daarbij denk je niet in losse producten, maar in een oplossing die aansluit op de manier waarop de klant dagelijks werkt. Je werkt zelfstandig binnen je regio, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Je schakelt met directie, sales, projectleiding, service en techniek, en brengt klantfeedback terug in onze strategische overleggen. Zo lever je input voor innovatie, procesverbetering en de richting die we als bedrijf op gaan. Je blijft je ontwikkelen via opleidingen en trainingen, mede vanuit onze technologiepartners, zodat je de klant scherp en onderbouwd advies geeft. Zo ziet je dagelijks werk eruit Je bezoekt de klant-locaties en helpt de technische wensen en de situatie op locatie in kaart te brengen. Je schakelt met sales, techniek, service en projectleiding, zodat alles soepel verloopt en de klant ontzorgd wordt.
