Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, verkoop en het bedrijfsbureau. Een klant heeft een vraag, een order moet worden aangepast of een collega mist bepaalde informatie? Jij zoekt uit wat er nodig is en zorgt dat de juiste informatie op tijd beschikbaar is. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en beheren van klantorders in het ERP-systeem; - Controleren en aanvullen van technische orderinformatie; - Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten; - Ondersteunen van de afdeling verkoop en het bedrijfsbureau; - Verwerken en aanpassen van bestaande orders; - Maken en bijhouden van rapportages in Excel; - Ondersteunen bij nacalculaties; - Werken met technische informatie en tekeningen. Je hebt gedurende de dag contact met verschillende collega's en klanten. Daardoor is geen dag precies hetzelfde. Je werkt van 07.30 tot 16.30 uur, waardoor je iedere middag op tijd klaar bent. Wat we je bieden - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.000,- en €4.100,-, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring; - Een werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur; - 25 vakantiedagen en minimaal 7 roostervrije dagen; - De mogelijkheid om extra verlof te kopen of verkopen; - 8% vakantiegeld; - Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; - Een veelzijdige functie waarin je jezelf verder kunt ontwikkelen binnen techniek en commercie.
