Westdak is een jong en ambitieus dakdekkersbedrijf uit Kwintsheul. Met een team van 8 medewerkers werken wij dagelijks aan mooie projecten voor aannemers, gemeenten, VvE's en woningbouw. We groeien. En dat betekent dat ook onze organisatie steeds verder wordt ontwikkeld. Daarom zoeken wij iemand die samen met ons wil meegroeien. Jouw baan in een notendop Als administratief medewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen Westdak. Je ondersteunt de bedrijfsleiding en zorgt ervoor dat de administratieve organisatie goed loopt . Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - uren- en personeelsadministratie; - projectadministratie; - salarisadministratie; - verwerken van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen; - verwerken en controleren van projectgegevens; - werken met onder andere Exact en Gilde; - ondersteunen van de bedrijfsleiding; - contact met klanten, leveranciers en collega's; - meedenken over het verbeteren en digitaliseren van onze processen. Je krijgt een brede functie met veel zelfstandigheid. We zoeken dan ook niet iemand die alleen uitvoert wat op een lijstje staat, maar iemand die ziet wat er moet gebeuren en daar zelf mee aan de slag gaat. Wij vragen Wat heb jij in huis? Wij zoeken een zelfstandige en betrouwbare collega die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.
