Als Adviseur Bodem & Gebiedsontwikkeling werk je niet alleen aan bodemonderzoek en sanering, maar ook aan herontwikkeling en civieltechnische vraagstukken. Daardoor krijg je een afwisselende functie waarin je jezelf breed kunt ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? Als Adviseur Bodem & Gebiedsontwikkeling in Veenendaal werk je voor onze opdrachtgever aan projecten waarin bodem, civiele techniek en herontwikkeling elkaar raken. De hoeveelheid bodemwerk verschilt per periode, omdat bodemonderzoek en sanering vooral voortkomen uit gebiedsontwikkelingen. Je bereidt bodemonderzoeken voor, beoordeelt resultaten en werkt adviezen uit over bodemkwaliteit, grondverzet en eventuele saneringsmaatregelen. Ook stel je waar nodig BUS-meldingen, onderzoeksplannen en evaluaties op en heb je contact met opdrachtgevers en uitvoerende partijen. Daarmee ben je inhoudelijk betrokken vanaf de eerste onderzoeksfase tot de verdere ontwikkeling van een locatie. Op momenten dat er minder bodemprojecten zijn, verschuift jouw aandacht naar de civieltechnische kant van gebiedsontwikkeling. Je ondersteunt bijvoorbeeld bij de herinrichting van het buitengebied, maakt of past tekeningen aan in AutoCAD en denkt mee over verhardingen, water, terreinindeling en praktische uitvoerbaarheid. Hierdoor ontwikkel je niet alleen kennis van bodem, maar krijg je ook inzicht in het totale proces van herontwikkeling. Je werkt met ervaren adviseurs die je helpen om steeds zelfstandiger projecten en klantvragen op te pakken. Op termijn kun je doorgroeien richting een brede adviesfunctie, specialistische bodemrol of projectleiding binnen gebiedsontwikkeling. - Voorbereiden, begeleiden en rapporteren van bodemonderzoeken; - Adviseren over bodemkwaliteit, grondverzet en bodemsaneringen; - Opstellen van BUS...
