Als afdelingsmanager poliklinieken in ons topklinisch opleidingsziekenhuis sta je dicht bij de mensen en geef je met visie en daadkracht richting aan verandering. Je verbindt medewerkers, teamleiders en medisch specialisten en bouwt samen aan sterke teams, digitale zorg en een slimme inzet van capaciteit en middelen. Een veelzijdige managementfunctie waarin je samen de polikliniek van de toekomst verder vormgeeft. Zo maak jij beter nóg beter. Jij zorgt ervoor Als afdelingsmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de bedrijfsvoering, kwaliteit en verdere ontwikkeling van de poliklinieken Dermatologie, Plastische chirurgie, Mondziekten, Kaak- en Aangezichtschirurgie (MKA), Keel-, Neus- en Oorheelkunde (KNO) en Oogheelkunde, samen circa 70 fte. Je geeft leiding aan drie teamleiders en rapporteert aan de Manager Zorg & Bedrijfsvoering. In duaal management met de vijf specialistmanagers vertaal je de gezamenlijke koers naar concrete resultaten. Je versterkt de samenwerking tussen de poliklinieken, verbetert de toegankelijkheid van de zorg en ontwikkelt werkprocessen die passen bij de beschikbare mensen en middelen. Als afdelingsmanager ga je elke uitdaging aan, zoals: - coachen en ontwikkelen van drie teamleiders, met aandacht voor hun leiderschap, eigenaarschap, samenwerking en het behoud van medewerkers. - realiseren en borgen van verbeteringen in zorg- en werkprocessen, waaronder digitale zorg, samen met medewerkers en medisch specialisten en met oog voor de patiënt. - sturen op kwaliteit, patiëntbeleving, toegankelijkheid en wachttijden, zorgproductie en financiële resultaten, het gericht bijsturen wanneer resu...
