Agogisch medewerker nachtdienst Intensieve Vervolg Behandeling (IVB) Wanneer de rust terugkeert op de afdeling, ben jij degene die zorgt voor een veilige en stabiele omgeving. Met jouw aanwezigheid, scherpe observaties en rustige benadering help je cliënten de nacht goed door te komen. Wat bieden wij jou? - Contract voor 27 tot 36 uur per week, met intentie tot een vast dienstverband - Salaris conform FWG 45, € 3.180,- tot € 4.273,- bruto per maand (o.b.v. 36 uur p/wk) - 8,33% vakantietoeslag én 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering - Pensioenregeling bij PFZW, waarbij GGNet 50% van de premie betaalt - Balansregeling voor extra vrije tijd, opleidingen of uitbetaling - Veel ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en eigen regie te nemen - Werken in een vast en betrokken nachtdienstduo - Een functie waarin je écht van betekenis bent voor cliënten met langdurige psychiatrische problematiek Dit is je team Je werkt tijdens de nacht samen met een vaste collega, bijvoorbeeld een beveiliger of fysieke zorgbegeleider (FZB). Samen zorgen jullie voor een veilige en stabiele omgeving voor cliënten en collega's. De nachtdienst vraagt om vertrouwen, zelfstandigheid en goede samenwerking. Je weet wat je aan elkaar hebt, stemt gemakkelijk af en ondersteunt elkaar wanneer dat nodig is. Hoewel het op de afdeling vaak rustig is, blijft iedere nacht anders. Juist daarom zijn jullie alert op wat er speelt en handelen jullie wanneer de situatie daar om vraagt. Wat ga je doen? Als agogisch medewerker ben jij gedurende de nacht aanwezig voor cliënten die langdurige psychiatrische zorg ontvangen. Je zorgt voor rust, overzicht en een gevoel van veiligheid.
