Een van je eerste belangrijke projecten is de financiële administratie. Je onderzoekt welke werkzaamheden met behulp van AI en automatisering slimmer kunnen worden ingericht en ontwikkelt oplossingen waarmee processen steeds verder geautomatiseerd kunnen verlopen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan het verwerken en controleren van gegevens, het slimmer laten samenwerken van verschillende systemen en het automatiseren van terugkerende administratieve processen. Maar jouw werkterrein is breder dan finance. Je kijkt ook naar processen binnen andere afdelingen en onderzoekt waar werkzaamheden kunnen worden vereenvoudigd, gekoppeld of geautomatiseerd. Je bent daarmee een technisch manusje-van-alles binnen de organisatie: iemand die kansen ziet, systemen aan elkaar weet te koppelen en ideeën ook daadwerkelijk kan omzetten in werkende oplossingen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Ontwikkelen en implementeren van AI-oplossingen en automatiseringen binnen de organisatie. - Automatiseren en optimaliseren van processen binnen de financiële administratie. - Programmeren en ontwikkelen van praktische oplossingen voor interne bedrijfsprocessen. - Koppelen en slimmer laten samenwerken van verschillende systemen en databronnen. - Onderzoeken waar handmatige en terugkerende werkzaamheden geautomatiseerd kunnen worden. - Toepassen en integreren van AI-tools in bestaande werkprocessen. - Meedenken met verschillende afdelingen over digitalisering en procesverbetering. - Testen, onderhouden en verder verbeteren van gerealiseerde automatiseringen. - Signalere...
