Naarden | € 4500 | Vast dienstverband | Goede pensioensregeling | Hybride werken Als Allround Financieel Administateur ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte, volledige en efficiënte financiële administratie. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij de periodieke maand- en jaarafsluitingen, bereid je de wekelijkse finance overleggen voor en draag je bij aan het opstellen van financiële rapportages. Je bent een belangrijke schakel binnen het finance team (3 personen) en werkt nauw samen met collega's van finance, inkoop en verkoop om de financiële processen soepel en betrouwbaar te laten verlopen. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Afletteren en reconciliëren van grootboek-, debiteuren- en crediteurenrekeningen; - Uitzoeken en corrigeren van tussenrekeningen; - Opstellen en verwerken van memoriaalboekingen; - Verwerken en controleren van bankmutaties, ondersteunen bij crediteuren- en debiteurenbeheer; - Controleren van inkoop- en verkooporders (o.a. marge controle); - Voorbereiden en verwerken van betaalbatches; - Ondersteunen bij de maand- en jaarafsluiting; - Voorbereiden van financiële overzichten en rapportages voor het wekelijkse financeoverleg; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen en verdere automatisering. Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar je vrijheid krijgt, verantwoordelijkheid kunt nemen en jezelf verder kunt ontwikkelen binnen finance en control. Bedrijfsprofiel: Onze opdrachtgever is een dynamische en snelgroeiende handelsorganisatie, gespecialiseerd in diverse non-food consumentenartikelen. Met een compact en gedreven team van 18 tot 20 medewerkers richt onze opdrachtgever zich op het inkopen, verkopen en distribueren van hoogwaardige producten aan diverse retailers en wederverkopers. Dankzij een gestroomlijnd inkoop- en verkoopproces en een data-gedreven aanpak kan onze opdrachtgever scherpe prijzen, snelle leveringen en een uitstekende service garanderen. Het bedrijf is gevestigd in het hart van Naarden, in een pracht.

Je bent nauwkeurig, analytisch en vindt het leuk om financiële vraagstukken tot op de bodem uit te zoeken. Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt graag mee over hoe processen slimmer en efficiënter ingericht kunnen worden. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in een financiële richting, aangevuld met enkele jaren werkervaring; - Goede kennis van boekhoudkundige processen, periodeafsluitingen en financiële rapportages; - Ervaring met Microsoft Excel; - Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Een proactieve en gestructureerde werkhouding; - Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business is een pré.
