Je weet wat er speelt bij jouw klanten, kent de kandidaten die je spreekt en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste mensen op de juiste plek terechtkomen. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Je onderhoudt contact met bestaande klanten en bouwt actief aan nieuwe relaties; - Je bespreekt personeelsbehoeften en denkt mee over passende oplossingen; - Je zoekt, spreekt en selecteert kandidaten voor verschillende vacatures; - Je voert sollicitatiegesprekken en brengt kandidaten en organisaties bij elkaar; - Je begeleidt flexkrachten tijdens hun dienstverband en houdt regelmatig contact; - Je gaat op werkplekbezoek en spreekt medewerkers en klanten over hoe het gaat; - Je signaleert commerciële kansen en weet deze om te zetten in concrete afspraken; - Je werkt samen met collega's om de beste resultaten voor kandidaten en klanten te behalen. Je start de dag samen met je 4 collega's tijdens een kort werkoverleg. Jullie bespreken de belangrijkste ontwikkelingen, verdelen de werkzaamheden en bepalen de prioriteiten. Daarna ga je zelfstandig aan de slag. De ene ochtend bel je klanten om te bespreken hoe het gaat met de medewerkers die jij hebt geplaatst. Vervolgens voer je een kennismakingsgesprek met een kandidaat die op zoek is naar een nieuwe uitdaging. In de middag stap je in de auto voor een bezoek aan een bestaande of potentiële klant. Juist de combinatie van recruitment, relatiebeheer en commercie maakt deze functie zo afwisselend. Ook na een plaatsing blijf je betrokken. Je houdt contact met flexkrachten, bezoekt...
