Frisius MC als werkgever - Vrijwilliger worden Werken bij Frisius MC - Huidige: Apothekersassistent Apothekersassistent Salaris € 2.750 - € 3.959 Jouw afdeling en collega's Je werkt in onze ziekenhuisapotheek in Heerenveen. Samen met Apotheek De Tjonger vormen we het centrum voor Farmaceutische Zorg en verzorgen we de medicatie voor het hele ziekenhuis en voor externe locaties zoals Maeykehiem en Revalidatie Friesland. En wat misschien nog wel het mooiste is: de sfeer in ons team is persoonlijk en betrokken. We weten wat er speelt, als iemand wat extra steun of hulp kan gebruiken dan zijn wij er voor elkaar. Die collegialiteit maakt dat het hier voelt alsof je onderdeel bent van iets gezamenlijks. Tegelijk houden we het graag gezellig: we lachen veel, vieren verjaardagen per maand met kleine traktaties en trekken er zo nu en dan samen op uit, of dat nou bowlen of uit eten is. Op vrijdag is het standaard snackdag, altijd iemand die iets lekkers meeneemt. Ook bij mooie mijlpalen of juist lastige momenten laten we van ons horen. Het is een team waarin je je snel welkom voelt en waar je merkt dat mensen echt naar elkaar omkijken. Jij bij Frisius MC Als apothekersassistent ben jij de onmisbare schakel in de medicatie: artsen, verpleegkundigen en patiënten rekenen op jou. Je voert medicatiebewaking en medicatieverificatie uit bij opname en ontslag en je controleert recepten van artsen zorgvuldig op dosering, sterkte en bijzonderheden. Je rouleert tussen verschillende werkplekken: medicatie uitzetten, recepten accorderen, de receptie waar je zorgverleners en patiënten te woord staat en het ASP (Apotheek Service Punt) waar je medicatiegesprekken voert bij opname. Je spreekt patiënten ook aan bed en bij geplande operaties bespreek je hun medicatie vooraf. Daarnaast kan je ook een dagdeel ingezet worden op de poli bij de preoperatieve screening. Je draait daar je eigen spreekuur, fysiek of telefonisch, waarin je samen met patiënt...
