Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen zorg en ICT. Als applicatiebeheerder HiX werk je samen met collega's en zorgprofessionals van vier ziekenhuizen aan de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van het EPD (elektronisch patiëntendossier). Je vertaalt gebruikerswensen naar slimme oplossingen en draagt bij aan een uniforme en toekomstbestendige inrichting van HiX. Wat ga je doen? - Je schakelt dagelijks tussen gebruikers, zorgafdelingen en collega-applicatiebeheerders - Je denkt mee over verbeteringen en vertaalt gebruikerswensen naar slimme oplossingen binnen HiX - Je ondersteunt zorgprofessionals bij vragen en uitdagingen in het dagelijks gebruik van het systeem - Je draait periodiek mee in de achterwachtdienst Samen met jouw team zorg je ervoor dat het EPD optimaal aansluit bij de behoeften van de gebruikers, waarbij je jouw kennis van het systeem combineert met inzicht in zorgprocessen en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Hoe ziet je team eruit? Sinds 2017 werken Het Van Weel-Bethesda Ziekenhuis, Ikazia Ziekenhuis, Maasstad Ziekenhuis en Spijkenisse Medisch Centrum succesvol samen binnen één gezamenlijk elektronisch patiëntendossier: HiX van ChipSoft. De ZiZo Beheerorganisatie is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de doorontwikkeling en de optimalisatie van dit regionale EPD. We werken nauw samen met zorgprofessionals uit alle vier de ziekenhuizen en zetten de nieuwste digitale mogelijkheden in om zorgprocessen continu te verbeteren.
