In deze inhoudelijk sterke rol versterk jij de servicedesk met diepgaande technische kennis, vertaal je ontwikkelingen naar concrete verbetervoorstellen en help je collega's dagelijks verder. Korte lijnen, eigenaarschap en continu verbeteren staan centraal. Functieomschrijving In deze rol ben jij de technische verdieping van de servicedesk én de schakel tussen dagelijkse operatie en doorontwikkeling van de dienstverlening. Je volgt actief de ontwikkelingen binnen Microsoft 365, leest releasenotes en beoordeelt welke verbeteringen relevant en haalbaar zijn voor Asista en haar klanten. Je kijkt mee met complexe tickets, signaleert patronen in incidenten en helpt collega's sneller tot de kern van een probleem te komen. Je werkt nauw samen met de Team Lead Servicedesk en Operationeel Manager: jij brengt de inhoudelijke verdieping en verbetervoorstellen in, zij bewaken de voortgang en nemen de uiteindelijke beslissingen. - Signaleren van technische risico's en kansen binnen Microsoft 365-omgevingen en vertalen naar concrete verbetervoorstellen - Meekijken bij complexe en terugkerende tickets en collega's ondersteunen in analyse en oplossingsrichting - Schrijven van handleidingen, werkinstructies en kennisdocumentatie zodat kennis duurzaam beschikbaar blijft - Verzorgen van interne begeleiding en opleiding rond Microsoft 365-onderwerpen - Bijdragen aan standaardisatie en kwaliteitsverbetering binnen de servicedesk - Microsoft Copilot actief inzetten om efficiënter te werken en kennisopbouw in het team te versterken - Afstemmen van bevindingen en verbetervoorstellen met Team Lead, Operationeel Manager en directie Dit bieden wij jou Je komt terech...
