Als Assemblagemedewerker ga je verschillende onderdelen monteren en samenbouwen. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar technisch inzicht, nauwkeurig werken en een praktische instelling vinden we minstens zo belangrijk. Over de functie Als Assemblagemedewerker werk je mee aan het bouwen van grote industriële deuren. Je begint met losse onderdelen en bouwt deze stap voor stap samen tot een compleet eindproduct. Daarbij werk je met verschillende soorten gereedschap en maak je onderdelen op maat wanneer dat nodig is. Ervaring is niet verplicht. Je wordt goed ingewerkt en leert het werk gewoon in de praktijk van je collega's. Het belangrijkste is dat je handig bent, graag met je handen werkt en zorgvuldig te werk gaat. Tijdens het monteren controleer je of alles goed past en netjes is afgewerkt. Samen met je collega's zorg je daarnaast voor een veilige en opgeruimde werkplek en ga je netjes om met machines en gereedschappen. Over het bedrijf Onze opdrachtgever is een internationaal bedrijf dat actief is in 37 landen en verschillende automatische toegangssystemen produceert. Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar collega's veel samenwerken en waar een prettige sfeer op de werkvloer belangrijk is. Goede medewerkers worden hier graag behouden. Daarom krijg je volop kansen om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en uiteindelijk door te groeien naar een andere functie of afdeling.
