Luba Assistent teamleider - Gouda - 40 uur - Uitzicht op vast - Mbo Heb jij technisch inzicht en wil je doorgroeien naar een leidinggevende functie? Over het werk Als Assistent Teamleider word je opgeleid om samen met de Teamleider een team van zo'n 20 productiemedewerkers aan te sturen en het productieproces soepel te laten verlopen. Je start je dag met het bespreken van de planning en bijzonderheden met de Teamleider Productie. Vervolgens houd je samen met de Teamleider overzicht over de afdelingen Malerij, Mengerij en Perserij. Je ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse aansturing van ongeveer 20 productiemedewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Vanuit je technische achtergrond leer je de verschillende machines steeds beter kennen. Denk hierbij aan robots, persen en mengers. Na je inwerkperiode ben je in staat om machines zelfstandig af te stellen en storingen of afwijkingen snel te signaleren. Je houdt de productieplanning en kwaliteitseisen goed in de gaten en schakelt met de Teamleider wanneer dat nodig is. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst en krijgt volop de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen richting een leidinggevende productiefunctie.
