Omschrijving functie: Als assistent planner ondersteun je de transportplanning en ben je de eerste schakel tussen de klanten en de planning. Jij staat de klanten te woord en plant opdrachten in samenspraak met de planning en/of chauffeurs in. Het verstrekken van inlichtingen zowel intern als extern en de administratieve afhandeling van de opdrachten behoren tot het dagelijkse takenpakket. Er wordt veel waarde gehecht aan betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en het leveren van kwaliteit. Wat zijn jouw taken: - Het voorbereiden en samenstellen van de nodige formulieren en documenten ten behoeve van chauffeurs. - Het ondersteunen van de planner bij het zo efficiënt mogelijk indelen en plannen van chauffeurs, voertuigen, transporten en container dienstverlening. - Het registreren en wegen van alle in- en uitgaande afvalstromen, en het voeren van de bijbehorende administratie. - Het controleren van in- en uitgaande afvalstromen op juistheid, samenstelling en het noteren van extra hoeveelheden. - Het assisteren bij het proces van de dagelijkse orders om deze op een zo efficiënt mogelijke volgorde in te plannen voor de chauffeurs - Het telefonisch te woord staan van klanten en orders invoeren. - Het signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over oplossingen - Je communiceert met chauffeurs, klanten en interne afdelingen.
