Hotel Des Indes ligt in het hart van bruisend Den Haag. Ons 5* product is de grootste van de 52 monumentale panden aan het Lange Voorhout en ontvangt al meer dan 140 jaar gasten! Wij zijn sinds 2019 onderdeel van Leading Hotels of the World – een brand waar natuurlijk gastheerschap centraal staat en wij alles willen doen om onze gasten te ontzorgen en een unieke ervaring te geven.

Functieomschrijving Als Bartender maak je onderdeel uit van de uitgebreidste afdeling van het hotel. Van het ontbijt, de lunch, afternoon tea, een diner in het Restaurant of in de Lounge tot een aperitief in de bar. De F&B outlets zijn bijna 24 uur geopend en dan is het verzorgen van de evenementen nog niet benoemd. Als Bartender is vanzelfsprekend de bar jouw werkplek. De taken zijn afwisselend: Mise en Place maken, drankjes bereiden, cocktails maken, meedenken over de cocktailkaart, andere medewerkers trainen op de cocktails, onderhouden van contact met de gasten en het naleven van de standaarden van Leading Hotels of the World. Naast dat je voornamelijk achter de bar bezig bent, help je ook je collega's in de F&B. Je zult dus ook allround worden opgeleid waardoor je kan bijspringen indien nodig.

Functie-eisen: Wie zoeken wij? Een enthousiaste collega met een passie voor gastvrijheid en hotellerie, met ervaring in het hogere segment van de horeca en wilt deze vaardigheden verder verbeteren.
