Als leerling rietdekker leer je het vak door te doen. Tijdens dit BBL-traject werk je vier dagen per week mee op de mooiste projecten en volg je één dag per week lessen. Dit zijn jouw werkzaamheden: - Het voorbereiden en opbouwen van rieten daken. - Riet plaatsen, binden en afwerken volgens traditionele en moderne technieken. - Werken met diverse materialen zoals onderconstructies, riet en bevestigingsmaterialen. - Controleren en onderhouden van rieten daken, zodat ze bestand zijn tegen weer en wind. - Veilig werken op hoogte en volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften. - Samenwerken met collega's en leren hoe je een project van A tot Z afrondt. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en je werkt op unieke locaties waar jouw vakmanschap zichtbaar blijft.
