Elver zoekt een Begeleider EVB+/ Elzenpas 2 / Uren in overleg / Op Elzenpas 2 wonen vier mannen en twee vrouwen tussen de 28 en 69 jaar. Onze bewoners hebben een ernstig verstandelijke beperking (EVB+) en kunnen soms moeilijk verstaanbaar en onvoorspelbaar gedrag laten zien. We werken met de Triple-C methodiek en geloven in het gewone leven voor iedereen. Samen zorgen we voor een veilige en stabiele plek waar onze bewoners zich gezien en gehoord voelen. Waarom hier werken? We vormen een betrokken team van jong en oud dat altijd openstaat voor ontwikkeling. Bij ons staat het gewone leven voorop. We doen groepsactiviteiten, maar de begeleiding is vooral individueel afgestemd. Zo sluiten we écht aan bij wat elke bewoner nodig heeft. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt als begeleider binnen een zelfstandig functionerend team. Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor de zorg en begeleiding van onze bewoners. Ook het maken van het rooster (dag-, avond- en weekenddiensten) doen we samen, volgens het principe van 'samen roosteren'. Omdat we het belangrijk vinden dat je zelfstandig kunt werken en beslissingen durft te nemen, krijg je daarin ook het vertrouwen. We waarderen eerlijkheid, kritisch naar jezelf en anderen kijken en open samenwerking. We werken vanuit de driehoek: samen met de bewoner, diens verwanten en collega's geef je vorm aan een waardevolle daginvulling.
