Werk als begeleider gehandicaptenzorg met cliënten met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag (MVG+) of een hoge intensieve begeleidingsbehoefte (HIBB). Je biedt structuur, herkent spanning en bouwt aan vertrouwen. Direct een vast contract van 8 tot 36 uur en salaris volgens de cao Gehandicaptenzorg. Als begeleider gehandicaptenzorg MVG+/HIBB bij Ipse de Bruggen bied je structuur, nabijheid en intensieve begeleiding aan cliënten met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag. In Nieuwveen en Zwammerdam ben jij nodig. Door signalen te herkennen, rust te brengen en te kijken naar wat er achter het gedrag schuilgaat. Jouw baan als Begeleider MVG+/HIBB Veel cliënten binnen MVG+/HIBB kunnen lopen en communiceren met woorden, zinnen, geluiden of gedrag. Daardoor worden zij soms overschat. Ze begrijpen de wereld om hen heen niet altijd goed. En de wereld begrijpt hen ook niet altijd. Jij kijkt verder dan het gedrag. Je herkent spanning, biedt een duidelijke dagstructuur en bent voorspelbaar en consequent. Soms begeleid je meerdere cliënten. Tijdens een een-op-eendienst of meerzorgdienst gaat jouw aandacht vooral naar één cliënt die extra nabijheid nodig heeft. Je werkt altijd samen met andere begeleiders op de groep. Sommige cliënten krijgen begeleiding vanuit de woning. Dan kun je samen wandelen, zwemmen, iets bakken of een andere activiteit ondernemen die bij de cliënt past. Ook zorg en begeleiding horen bij je werk. Je helpt waar nodig met tandenpoetsen, scheren, haren uitspoelen of afdrogen. Jouw profiel Je hebt een afgerond mbo3-, mbo4- of hbo-diploma dat aansluit bij het werk, bijvoorbeeld binnen zorg, sociale dienstverlening of sport en bewegen. Voor deze intensieve doelgroep kijken we daarnaast naar je ervaring, professionele houding en de functie-eisen van de locatie. Je hoeft niet alles over moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag te

weten. Wel ben je nieuwsgierig naar de oorzaak achter gedrag. Je blijft rustig als spanning oploopt, merkt kleine veranderingen op en durft te handelen. Je bent duidelijk en consequent en werkt graag intensief samen met collega's en behandelaren. Moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag kan pittig zijn. Schelden, slaan of ander fysiek gedrag kan voorkomen. We werken zoveel mogelijk de-escalerend, maar soms escaleert een situatie toch. Ook dat hoort bij werken in de gehandicaptenzorg met deze doelgroep. Het kan weken of maanden duren voordat een cliënt je vertrouwt. Maar als iemand blij is om je te zien, je hand pakt of bij jou weer rust vindt, weet je waarom jij nodig bent. Wat krijg je van ons Je hoeft in deze functie niet stil te blijven staan. Verdiep je in gedrag en intensieve begeleiding, volg doelgroepgerichte trainingen of groei door naar een volgende functie. We kijken niet alleen naar wat je vandaag kunt, maar ook naar wat je bij Ipse de Bruggen wilt leren en welke volgende stap daarbij past. De salarissen zijn afhankelijk van je opleiding en functie: mbo3: FWG 35 | € 2.649 - € 3.708 bruto per maand mbo4: FWG 40 | € 2.951 - € 3.980 bruto per maand hbo: FWG 45 | € 3.113 - € 4.347 bruto per maand Door de intensieve begeleiding binnen HIBB word je één salarisschaal hoger ingeschaald dan binnen de reguliere gehandicaptenzorg. HIBB mbo 3: FWG 40 | € 2.951 - € 3.980 bruto per maand HIBB mbo 4: FWG 45 | € 3.113 - € 4.347 bruto per maand HIBB hbo: FWG 50 | € 3.362 - € 4.799 bruto per maand Daarnaast krijg je: Direct een vast contract, met contracturen in overleg tussen 8 en 36 uur per week 8% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% Pensioenopbouw via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn 144 vakantie-uren en 57 balansverlofuren per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband Reiskostenvergoeding Fiscaal voordeel tot € 750 per jaar, bijvoorbeeld voor een fiets, telefoon, laptop of sportabonnement Informatie Wil je eerst ervaren of werken als begel
