Begeleid en verzorg ouder wordende cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking. Je stimuleert wat nog lukt en neemt over wanneer dat nodig wordt. Direct een vast contract van 8 tot 36 uur en ontwikkelmogelijkheden in ouderenzorg en palliatieve zorg. Wie zijn wij Werk je graag met ouderen, maar wil je meer tijd en aandacht voor de cliënt? Bij Ipse de Bruggen combineer je zorg met begeleiding van ouder wordende mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. Jouw baan als Begeleider Ouder wordend Onze cliënten worden ouder. Net als ieder ander krijgen zij te maken met lichamelijke achteruitgang en steeds meer afhankelijkheid van zorg. Maar zij hebben ook een verstandelijke beperking. Je moet daarom niet alleen zien welke zorg nodig is. Je leert ook hoe een cliënt communiceert, welke structuur iemand nodig heeft en hoe iemand laat merken dat iets prettig of juist niet prettig is. Je helpt bij de dagelijkse verzorging en neemt steeds meer over als een cliënt iets niet meer kan. Verpleegtechnische handelingen kunnen voorkomen. Ook begeleid je cliënten en hun omgeving wanneer palliatieve zorg nodig wordt. De laatste levensfase kan weken, maanden of jaren duren. In die tijd kijk jij naar wat iemand nodig heeft. Misschien is dat een kop thee, muziek, buiten zitten of even aandacht. De volgende dag kan de behoefte anders zijn. Jij bent nodig om niet te haasten, maar te kijken. Jouw profiel Je hebt een afgerond mbo2, mbo3-, mbo4- of hbo-diploma dat aansluit bij het werk, bijvoorbeeld binnen zorg, sociale dienstverlening of sport en bewegen. Welke functie en inschaling bij jou passen, hangt af van je diploma, ervaring en de doelgroep. Je vindt het waardevol om ouderen te verzorgen en begeleiden. Je kunt accepteren dat ontwikkeling niet altijd betekent dat iemand meer gaat kunnen. Soms verandert jouw werk juist van stimuleren naar overnemen. Je bent geduldig, geeft persoonlijke aandacht en kunt omgaan met lichamelijke achteruitgang en de laatste levensfase. Ervaring in de ouderenzorg

kan goed aansluiten. De verstandelijke beperking en manier van begeleiden leren we je graag beter kennen. Bij Ipse de Bruggen krijg je de mogelijkheid om jezelf te ontwikkelen in ouder wordende cliënten, verpleegtechnische handelingen en palliatieve zorg. Ook als je later wilt doorgroeien of een andere doelgroep wilt ontdekken, kijken we samen naar jouw mogelijkheden. De salarissen zijn afhankelijk van je opleiding en functie: mbo2: FWG 25 | € 2.384 - € 3.276 bruto per maand mbo3: FWG 30/35 | € 2.420 tot € 3.708 bruto per maand mbo4: FWG 40 | € 2.951 - € 3.980 bruto per maand hbo: FWG 45 | € 3.113 - € 4.347 bruto per maand Daarnaast krijg je: Direct een vast contract, met contracturen in overleg tussen 8 en 36 uur per week 8% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% Pensioenopbouw via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn 144 vakantie-uren en 57 balansverlofuren per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband Reiskostenvergoeding Fiscaal voordeel tot € 750 per jaar, bijvoorbeeld voor een fiets, telefoon, laptop of sportabonnement Informatie Benieuwd naar het verschil tussen ouderenzorg en werken met ouder wordende cliënten bij Ipse de Bruggen?
