Ben jij een behandelaar die houdt van reuring, variatie én een uitdaging op z'n tijd? Mooi. Want bij GGZ team Bouwlust zit je dan precies goed. Onze wijk is misschien niet de makkelijkste, maar absoluut de meest boeiende. Geen dag is hier hetzelfde, en dat is precies waarom we er zo van houden. Dit ga je doen In het kloppend hart van Den-Zuid Haag, werk je ambulant met mensen met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen (EPA). Denk aan cliënten met psychotische stoornissen, verslavingsproblematiek, trauma's en persoonlijkheidsproblematiek. We draaien er niet omheen: de zorgvraag is complex, maar juist dat maakt het werk waardevol en impactvol. Je werkt volgens de herstelgerichte methodiek en, waar passend, binnen de FACT-structuur. In Den Haag geloven we in integrale GGZ in de wijk , dat betekent dus géén schotten tussen het medische en het sociale domein. Alles om mensen met EPA zo zelfstandig mogelijk, met een hogere kwaliteit van leven, in hun eigen buurt te laten wonen. Wat ga je doen? - je bent behandelaar voor je eigen caseload én werkt mee in de shared caseload (teamwork makes the dream work); - je biedt zorg aan cliënten met een pittige zorgvraag, maar jij draait je hand daar niet voor om; - je werkt in een multidisciplinair team met bevlogen collega's die elkaar scherp houden, maar ook samen lachen. - je doet regelmatig huisbezoeken.
