Als beleidsadviseur bodem ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bodembeheer van de gemeente Veere. Je bent de inhoudelijk specialist en hét aanspreekpunt voor alle bodemvraagstukken binnen de organisatie. Vanuit jouw expertise draag je bij aan een veilige, gezonde en duurzame fysieke leefomgeving. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het ontwikkelen, actualiseren en uitvoeren van het gemeentelijk bodembeleid. - Het adviseren over bodemkwaliteit, bodembeheer en bodemverontreiniging bij ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen, projecten en programma's. - Het beoordelen en interpreteren van bodemonderzoeken en het adviseren bij vergunningen, omgevingsplannen en initiatieven onder de Omgevingswet. - Het adviseren van het gemeentebestuur over bodemvraagstukken en de te nemen maatregelen. - Het uitvoeren van de administratieve werkzaamheden die horen bij de uitvoering van kwalitatieve bodemtaken. - Het signaleren van ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving, waaronder de Omgevingswet, en deze vertalen naar de gemeentelijke praktijk. - Het vertegenwoordigen van de gemeente in regionale overleggen en contactpersoon voor onder andere de Omgevingsdienst, provincie, waterschap, inwoners en bedrijven. - Fungeren als vraagbaak voor collega's, bestuurders, inwoners en ondernemers op het gebied van bodem.
