Wij zoeken een ervaren beleidsadviseur die het leuk vindt om breed inhoudelijk ingezet worden en dat te combineren met coördinerende taken. Als beleidsadviseur Erfgoed is jouw uitgangspunt het behartigen van het Rotterdams erfgoed, op basis van de Erfgoedagenda Rotterdam . Je stelt beleid op, voert het uit en evalueert het. Je hebt daarbij oog hebt voor de belangen vanuit de stad, de gemeentelijke politiek en de landelijke erfgoedontwikkelingen. We verdelen de kernactiviteiten met elkaar binnen het team van 8 personen. Daardoor heb je een afwisselend werkpakket dat past bij jouw ervaring en kwaliteiten. Je combineert bijvoorbeeld je inbreng als erfgoedadviseur in verschillende gebiedsontwikkelingen op Zuid met het doorontwikkelen van het Monumentenregister en je organiseert samen met collega's een evenement voor alle monumenteigenaren in de stad. In 2027 ga je in elk geval beleidsteksten schrijven voor de Erfgoedagenda die in dat jaar geactualiseerd wordt. Daarnaast vervul je een aantal coördinerende taken binnen het team, waaronder het houden van overzicht over de werkvoorraad en het signaleren van knelpunten in capaciteit, voortgang en financiën. Hierover rapporteer en adviseer je ook aan het management van de afdeling. Samen met de experts houd je overzicht over de inhoud en adviseer je directie en bestuur.
