Wij zijn namelijk op zoek naar een beleidsmedewerker sociaal domein voor regio Overijssel. Een landelijke regeling verandert halverwege het jaar. Tegelijk vraagt de raad om een nieuwe aanpak voor inclusie. De vraag is niet óf er beleid komt, maar hoe het uitvoerbaar blijft. Je onderzoekt ontwikkelingen, analyseert effecten en weegt belangen zorgvuldig af. Werken bij de gemeente betekent voortdurend schakelen tussen maatschappelijke wensen, wetgeving en beschikbare middelen. Als beleidsmedewerker sociaal domein werk je aan thema's als onderwijs, gezondheid, subsidies, jongerenwerk en sociaal-cultureel werk. Achter elk dossier schuilt een andere afweging en een ander belang. Soms schrijf je een beleidsvoorstel, soms beoordeel je resultaten of bespreek je uitvoeringsvragen met betrokken partners. Juist die inhoudelijke breedte maakt het werk uitdagend. Goede beleidskeuzes zorgen voor duurzame maatschappelijke effecten. Dat vraagt om scherpe analyse én gevoel voor de praktijk. Wat ga je doen: - Je analyseert maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze naar beleid; - Je schrijft nota's, adviezen en voorstellen voor bestuur en management; - Je beoordeelt subsidieregelingen en maatschappelijke initiatieven; - Je stemt beleid af met uitvoerende organisaties en ketenpartners; - Je bewaakt de voortgang en effectiviteit van beleidsdoelen. dit is werken bij koen - een vast contract en alle voordelen van in loondienst werken - uitdagende opdrachten bij afwisselende opdrachtgevers - veel ontwikkelkansen zoals opleidingen, trainingen en kennissessies - Een goed star...
