Dan is deze functie bij een betrokken familiebedrijf misschien precies wat je zoekt. Over het werk Als binnendienst medewerker ben je een echte allrounder. Je krijgt de vrijheid om verschillende werkzaamheden op te pakken en wordt ingezet op meerdere afdelingen. De ene keer verwerk je binnenkomende orders en zorg je dat alles klaarstaat voor verzending, terwijl je het volgende moment een klant telefonisch helpt met een bestelling of productvraag. Daarna ga je aan de slag met het assembleren van elektronische producten of werk je een offerte uit. Je werkdag start om 08:00 uur en is iedere dag anders. Samen met vier collega's zorg je ervoor dat alles op de werkvloer soepel verloopt. Daarbij steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen en ben je bereid om nét dat beetje extra te doen wanneer dat nodig is. Er is volop ruimte voor eigen initiatief en jouw voorkeuren en interesses worden meegenomen in de werkzaamheden. Je begint de dag met het controleren van binnenkomende bestellingen en zorgt ervoor dat producten op tijd klaarliggen voor verzending. Vervolgens help je klanten telefonisch verder en werk je offertes uit. In de middag verschuift je aandacht naar het assembleren van elektronische producten. Aan het einde van de dag houd je de webshop bij. Zo ben je betrokken bij verschillende onderdelen van het bedrijf en blijft je werk lekker afwisselend. Wat deze functie zo leuk maakt?
