Van mkb-ondernemingen, familiebedrijven, instellingen en non-profit organisaties tot grote internationale multinationals. Daarbij staat persoonlijk contact centraal. Onze klanten weten dat ze met al hun btw-gerelateerde vragen bij jou als specialist aan het goede adres zijn. Omdat jij altijd voor een goede samenwerking én het beste resultaat gaat. In deze rol richt je je volledig op btw‑ en/of overdrachtsbelastingvraagstukken. Je beoordeelt transacties, structuren en overeenkomsten op btw‑ en OVB‑gevolgen, adviseert over de meest efficiënte inrichting daarvan en voorkomt onbedoelde heffing of verlies van aftrek. Je fungeert als inhoudelijk klankbord binnen het team Tax & Legal, aaff in het algemeen en voor klanten. Als team zijn we trots op onze gezamenlijke vaktechnische kennis én werken we graag multidisciplinair samen. Er liggen volop kansen om je binnen het btw-specialisme verder te specialiseren. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Het adviseren, signaleren en helpen van klanten en collega's op het gebied van een breed scala aan btw-vraagstukken op hoog niveau. - Het kwalificeren van vastgoedtransacties en afstemmen met cliënten, notarissen en collega-adviseurs over btw- en overdrachtsbelastingaspecten. - Het begeleiden van vooroverleg, rulings, bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures met de Belastingdienst en procederen. - Het geven van presentaties en (interne) vaktechnische educatie op btw- en /of overdrachtsbelastinggebieden. - Het opbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige relaties met zowel bestaande als ...
