The posting

Als buitendienst monteur vanuit de regio Meppel werk je fulltime (40 uur) aan het monteren en demonteren van tijdelijke en permanente constructies bij klanten op locatie. Je verdient tussen de €2.600 en €3.400 bruto per maand en krijgt de ruimte om je te ontwikkelen tot zelfstandig senior monteur. Je werkt veel buiten, op verschillende bouwlocaties, waar je samen met een ervaren collega zorgt dat projecten veilig, netjes en volgens planning worden opgeleverd. In het eerste jaar ben je de rechterhand van de senior monteur of supervisor. Je ondersteunt bij montage- en demontagewerkzaamheden, verankeringen en overkappingen. Daarnaast spring je waar nodig bij in de productie op de locatie in deze regio. Je signaleert tijdig als iets het werk kan belemmeren en schakelt duidelijk met je collega’s en de klant. Je komt te werken bij een technisch productie- en montagebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in doekconstructies voor de bouw en industrie. De organisatie is praktisch ingesteld, met korte lijnen en een no-nonsense mentaliteit. Buiten op de projecten ben jij het visitekaartje richting de klant: je werkt netjes, communiceert helder en gedraagt je professioneel, ook als de druk hoog is of de omstandigheden uitdagend zijn.

- MBO-opleiding techniek of vergelijkbaar niveau - Enkele jaren ervaring in montage, bouw of techniek - Goede beheersing Nederlands in woord en geschrift - Representatieve uitstraling en klantgerichte houding - Geen 9-tot-5-mentaliteit en bereid tot avondwerk - Fulltime beschikbaarheid voor een werkweek van 40 uur - Bereidheid tot werken op wisselende locaties en soms buitenland - Rijbewijs B, E achter B is een pré - VCA Basis of VOL, of bereid dit te behalen - Hoogwerkerscertificaat, of bereid dit in dienst te halen - Technisch inzicht en nauwkeurig kunnen werken - Zelfstandig maar ook goed kunnen samenwerken - Communicatief vaardig en stevig in de bouwwereld - Leergierig en gemotiveerd om door te groeien tot senior monteur
