Business Controller Wil jij cijfers analyseren, stuurinformatie ontwikkelen, prognoses maken en adviseren over vraagstukken die er écht toe doen? Samen met jou zet ons bevlogen en inhoudelijk sterke Control-team zich in voor mensen met niet-aangeboren hersenletsel (NAH). Wat je doet Als Business Controller bied je proactief ondersteuning aan teams, management en directie. Zo kunnen zij beter sturen op het behalen van resultaten. Je voorziet het management van informatie zoals kostprijzen, rentabiliteits- en rendementscijfers. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan ondersteuning bij een aanbesteding rondom cliëntvervoer: je analyseert de kostprijs en mogelijkheden tot bezuinigingen, maakt de business case en adviseert het management in de onderhandelingen. Ook til je deze stuurinformatie naar een hoger niveau met behulp van ons datawarehouse en onze BI-tool. In het kader van de contractering met zorgkantoren, zorgverzekeraars en gemeenten lever je daarvoor de benodigde stuurinformatie en analyses aan. Tot slot ontwikkel en onderhoud je flexibele scenariomodellen en prognoses. Vanuit jouw expertise draag je concreet bij aan de beste zorg voor mensen met NAH. Wat wij bieden - een prettige samenwerking binnen een team dat in ontwikkeling is; - een werkomgeving met veel ruimte voor zelfontplooiing, waarin je gestimuleerd wordt verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en mee te denken; - een jaarcontract voor 32-36 uur per week met uitzicht op een vast contract; - een salaris tot € 5.926,- bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek (FWG 60 cao Gehandicaptenzorg); - per 1 november 2026 vindt een salarisverhoging plaats, zoals afgesproken in de cao Gehandicaptenzorg; - reiskostenvergoeding boven cao (€0,23/km voor woonwerk-verkeer en €0,36/km voor dienstreizen in 2026), of volledige vergoeding van OV; - onregelmatigheidstoeslag, 8% vakantiegeld, 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering, 144 vakantie-uren per jaar én 57 uur flexibel balansverlof (bij een 36-urige werkweek); -...
