Samen met het uitvoerende team zorg jij ervoor dat de begroting praktisch uitvoerbaar is. Ervaar het zelf als onze nieuwe collega bij BAM Infra Wegen! Wat ga je doen Elk project vereist een unieke aanpak en als calculator speel jij een cruciale rol in het bepalen van de juiste richting. Je verwerkt informatie, zoals rapporten, tekeningen, plannen en contractvoorwaarden, en zet deze om in concrete cijfers. Maar dat is niet alles - . Samen met de uitvoering schets jij een realistisch scenario's, zodat de begroting en het werkplan optimaal op elkaar aansluiten: - Je analyseert de klantvraag en contractdocumenten, beoordeelt de voorwaarden en signaleert risico's en kansen. Je blijft constant communiceren met de uitvoerende teams om te zorgen dat je begrotingen kloppen met de praktijk. - Je vraagt offertes aan bij partners en leveranciers, houdt rekening met details zoals de wijze van verwerking van materialen en eventuele bijkomende kosten (zoals extra vrachtkosten bij een deelleverantie) en vergelijkt deze om tot de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding te komen. - Je legt contact met de project teams (projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en hoofduitvoerders) om samen te denken over de beste aanpak en tot een compromis te komen. - Je stelt begrotingen op die nauw aansluiten bij de werkmethoden en planning van de uitvoering.
