Eén dossier mist bouwtekeningen, terwijl een ander wacht op een advies van de omgevingsdienst. Je brengt de voortgang in kaart en bepaalt waar direct actie nodig is. Je bespreekt knelpunten met betrokken collega's en zorgt dat aanvragers tijdig weten welke stappen volgen. Daarmee voorkom je dat onduidelijkheid verandert in vertraging. Bij koen werk je als casemanager omgevingsvergunningen op detacheringsbasis voor verschillende gemeenten. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid voor het volledige behandelproces van aanvragen binnen de fysieke leefomgeving. Niet alleen de inhoudelijke toetsing vraagt jouw aandacht, maar ook de planning en kwaliteit van de besluitvorming. Je werkt met verschillende dossiers, uiteenlopende procedures en meerdere betrokken vakgebieden. Daarbij controleer je of adviezen compleet zijn, bewaak je wettelijke termijnen en leg je gemaakte afspraken vast. Je signaleert terugkerende knelpunten en bespreekt hoe het vergunningproces duidelijker of efficiënter kan verlopen. Het resultaat van jouw werk is zichtbaar in dossiers die niet blijven liggen en besluiten die goed zijn voorbereid. Collega's weten welke bijdrage van hen wordt verwacht en initiatiefnemers krijgen tijdig antwoord. Jij brengt structuur in een proces waarin iedere beslissing gevolgen heeft voor de omgeving.
