Als Casemanager/ Verzuimspecialist heb jij de regie in: - Het realiseren van schadelastbeheersing voor cliënten door het verrichten van re-integratietrajecten - Het adviseren van de werkgever over Arbowetgeving, verzuim en re-integratie - Het re-integratietraject van een zieke werknemer - Je bent succesvol als je zo snel mogelijk een duurzame werkhervatting in eigen of andere functie realiseert voor de werknemer. Wat doe je op een werkdag? - Je onderhoudt telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met werkgevers, werknemers, arbodiensten, werkgevers- en werknemersorganisaties, brancheorganisaties, hulpverleners, providers en/of verzekeringsmaatschappijen - Je adviseert en informeert klanten over allerlei zaken die samenhangen met ziekteverzuim en re-integratie zoals (Arbo)wetgeving en/of verwijst hen door naar de geëigende instanties bijvoorbeeld als het gaat om regelgeving op het gebied van sociale zekerheid - Je schakelt bij re-integratietrajecten de juiste provider in en schakelt hierbij zo veel mogelijk het preferred providers netwerk in - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een zorgvuldige en accurate vastlegging van het verloop van het geautomatiseerde dossier - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de afgesproken resultaten als productienorm, doorlooptijd dossier, klanttevredenheidsnorm en voor het signaleren van en anticiperen op commerciële mogelijkheden.
