Als CNC Draaier Programmeur programmeer en stel je zelfstandig machines in aan de hand van technische tekeningen. Je gaat aan de slag op grotendeels Mazak machines, waaronder een Mazak Integrex, een geavanceerde multitask-machine waarmee je draai- én freesbewerkingen in één opspanning uitvoert. Je werkt zelfstandig aan hoogwaardige metalen onderdelen, zowel enkelstuks als series, voor de hightech industrie en bewaakt continu de kwaliteit. Je denkt actief mee over slimmere bewerkingsmethoden en begeleidt waar nodig collega's op de werkvloer. Jij maakt impact door succesvol bij te dragen aan het: - Programmeren, instellen en bedienen van draaibanken - Bepalen van de werkvolgorde - Bewerken en opspannen van metalen werkstukken - Controleren van maatvoering en kwaliteit - Onderhouden van machines en gereedschappen - Optimaliseren van gereedschappen, bewerkingsstrategieën en instellingen. - Meedenken over verbeteringen in het verspaningsproces Wat neem je mee? - Ruime ervaring als CNC draaier, ervaring met multitask draaimachines is een pré. - Ervaring met Mazatrol-programmering - Technisch inzicht, technische tekeningen kunnen lezen en kennis van vorm- en plaats toleranties - Nauwkeurige, zelfstandige en kwaliteitsgerichte werkhouding Wat bieden wij jou?
